I counsel clients on diverse employment issues, such as training, hiring and firing of employees, leaves of absence, employment agreements, separation agreements and releases, restrictive covenants, employment applications, and policy manuals. I litigate matters in state and federal court and before administrative agencies including state and federal EEO agencies and the Department of Labor. In addition, I handle all aspects of labor matters, including negotiation of collective bargaining agreements and resolution and litigation of grievances.
