Organizational Development Consultant
Acting in the role of Organizational Development (OD) consultant, I was responsible for all OD projects,both locally generated and those pushed down from the corporate headquarters in Germany. The primary focus was on the development and roll out of a new leadership assessment and development program. This included the design and implementation of competency based assessment centers, administering psychometric testing and project managing a 360-degree feedback process.
