I served as the primary media spokesperson, with a strong focus on elevating the brand and increasing public awareness. During my tenure, I successfully tripled attendance through targeted marketing, PR, and community engagement efforts. I oversaw daily operations, including marketing and communications, visitor experience, facilities and maintenance, security, IT, and special projects.
