Assist with direct voter contact and volunteer recruitment efforts through calls, 1:1 meetings, emails, social media, and events with voters and volunteers. Recruit, train, and manage volunteers for phone banking, voter registration, canvassing, community events, and digital organizing. Work with other Field Organizers, campaign staff, county parties and organizations across the state to implement a successful campaign. Build up a strong volunteer base and understanding of the area for GOTV in 2022. Other duties as needed, such as traveling with the candidate to events, assisting withdigital communications, and GOTV efforts.
