I joined SantaPawsDrive.com for their 2nd season in 2010. Now in our fourth year, Santa Paws Drive is the first-ever online Christmas toy drive dedicated for pets. The inspiration for our drive was “Toys 4 Tots” and other similar programs that collected donations and then distribute them to the needy – and we wanted to do the same for animals.In the past three years, we have collected more than $30,000 in toys, treats and cash donations for 18 different rescues and shelters worldwide. In 2011, we doubled all past efforts, raising over $15,000. I am responsible for designing, maintaining and updating the SantaPawsDrive.com website. I also provide my expertise designing and developing email marketing campaigns to help support our efforts and recruit supporters. Our goal is to provide a easy user-friendly atmosphere online.

• Manage the relationship between Tour Sales and Tour Operators.• Set up and organize internal process, file system and documentation of contracts.• Create images for TourSales.com.• Assist Marketing Department with image work and other needs.

• Manage and train a team of 7 with respect to creative skills, accuracy, efficiency and critical workflow processes to ensure consistency and quality work for clients. • Create and oversee daily workload of Post Production Team and other resources to meet all client’s SLA (service level agreements) within appropriate time frame.• Perform daily QA and approve jobs through company’s internal CMS.

• Directly work with 50+ clients, including NFL, Nascar, NHL, MLB, NBA, Sports Authority, GNC, Aeropostale, Calvin Klein and Toys R Us, to understand and meet needs and expectations. • Organize and manage internal file system used by all photographers, stylists and Post Production artists. • Establish, document and manage workflow for production of all client supplied images and/or True Action photography. • Ensure logs are updated on a nightly basis and imported into our clients’ specific databases to ensure accuracy of reports.

• Consistently produce re-­‐touched images that meet quality standards, are compliant with SLA and meet critical approval from clients and industry standards.

• Oversee schedules and progress on projects to ensure that deadlines are met. Organize and manage resources, files and documentation for each project (projects include: copywriting, banner campaigns, print ads)• Code HTML, update and send weekly email newsletters to support marketing efforts. • Design and build banner campaigns to maintain brand consistency and follow site-­‐specific specifications.
