Virtual position involved working in two divisions of the company simultaneously.Account Executive: Position involved obtaining new business and maintaining existing clients in the List Brokerage Division of the company. This included providing list rental, alternate media, and social media expertise to catalog, retail, B2B, insurance, financial, and fundraising mailers in the U.S. and Canada. New client prospecting included: extensive sales calls, direct mail and email inquiries, and social media marketing. Responsibilities for established clients included: account management, analyzing sales response, mail planning, providing detailed list recommendations, continuation counts, negotiating deals on behalf of clients, cost saving analysis, and serving as a liaison between client and vendors to ensure completion of mailings within tight deadlines. Long-term positive relationships with clients, list managers and vendors were successfully established. List Manager- Position involved maintaining clients in the List Management Division of the company. This included regular communication with list owners to review sales and discuss new test and continuation orders. Additional responsibilities included: extensive sales calls and email/social marketing promotions to cultivate new testing and expand continuation potential on lists; monthly reporting on sales generated; test comparison reporting, attending trade shows to promote lists at the company booth and in arranged meetings.2008 Employee of the Year recipient.

Client contact included in-person sales presentations, phone conference calls, e-mail correspondence. Consulting efforts also included account management, analyzing sales response, mail planning, providing detailed list recommendations, continuation counts, negotiating deals on behalf of clients, cost saving analysis, and serving as a liaison between client and vendor to ensure completion of mailings within tight deadlines.

Position included providing response analysis, circulation planning and development of mail plan strategies for catalog clients. Account responsibilities also included schedule management and list order negotiations, list research and recommendations, as well as the training and supervision of staff. Received two promotions within the first three years of employment with the company.
