Mercy Multiplied is a free-of-charge, voluntary, residential counseling program for young women from all socio-economic backgrounds, ages 13-32, who face a combination of life-controlling issues such as eating disorders, self-harm, drug and alcohol addictions, depression, unplanned pregnancy and those who have been physically and sexually abused, including victims of sex trafficking. Mercy's mission and goal is to help these young women find freedom from their issues and empower them to serve in their communities as productive citizens.As Senior Development Manager, I manage Mercy's development programs by setting goals and strategies for fundraising initiatives; plan and implement marketing programs and special events to maximize prospect/donor engagement. Additionally, I: -Manage partnerships and relationships-Cultivate community engagement -Plan events and coordinate volunteers-Give tours to prospective donors and guests

Equipped teen parents and those at risk for early parenting, ages of 13 and 21, with support services in Rochester, NY, ranked the 5th poorest U.S. city for children and 2nd highest for teenage pregnancy rates. My role included resource building, strategic planning and human services leadership responsibilities: Resource Building • Hired, trained and managed staff (4-10 employees).• Recruited, trained, and managed over 150 volunteers.• Developed social atmosphere that allows for growth, support and enjoyment for all parties including, participants, staff and volunteers.• Increased program revenue by 200% by personal fundraising efforts.• Grew community partnerships by tenfold within first year of leadership. • Developed and executed the fundamentals of fundraising for parent organization, Youth for Christ.
