I co-run a theatre group and activity group for adults and young people with learning difficulties and/or physical different abilities. Suzie and I have created a safe and thriving place for adults and young adults with additional needs to come and express themselves and develop social skills, confidence, theatre performance, craft/scenery/costume making.

Began with CMR as a Quality Inspector in June 2019, was quickly promoted to Quality Co-ordinator in Jan 2020 and then to Quality Team Leader in July 2020.My initial Team Lead position saw me within the Operations Quality team working closely with Production and Engineering to ensure the delivery of quality parts to the line. I managed a team of inspectors.

Devising, testing and analysing current and new products. Monitoring and tracking the quality and performance of various components. Leading investigations regarding unexpected issues seen in house or in the field as well as involvement in test based development.
