I ran Service Review Meetings to discuss the service provided and provided support and input to Contract Review meetings.

I was responsible for the management of a small team and regularly represented the company at industry conferences across the country.Meeting clients and prospects, I achieved a full understanding of the business and demonstrated the company's significance in the marketplace. I developed a new customer database and wrote, implemented and managed the procedures manual. I also provided financial reconciliation, resolution of customer queries and complaints and general administration support.
