Owned and led the development and usage ofthe Enigma Design System from initial conceptionto launch of our Console Experience. Introduced 
user centered design methodology within Enigma’s previously services oriented structure. Enabled the embedding of designers into squads by collaborating with leadership on the adoption of design operations practices including milestone planning and critiques. Ensured the design team at-large was resourced and focused appropriately.

Created data-driven interfaces for our clients such as Blackrock & Anheuser-Busch. We used cutting edge AI technology to create advanced agent-based segmented models of our client's markets and target audience. The product we made used public data coupled with existing enterprise date to uncover insights that helped with new product launches, product placement, and marketing.
