CurrentMy role is to support the business in supplying products and services that cannot be fulfilled by the adidas Group global supply chain solutions. I have expanded and managed the local Supplier portfolio, ensuring agility and cost competitiveness. Outside of Supplier portfolio management, my most important responsibility is to drive cross-functional collaboration between internal and external stakeholders including Customer Services, Merchandising, Sales, Legal, Quality Control and Distribution. I have built effective internal relationships based on trust and I have demonstrated excellent Project Management skills by managing expectations with key stakeholders, facilitating regular project meetings, identifying potential risks in advance by agreeing roles and responsibilities with key stakeholders.Key Skills gained:• Defined bespoke Service Agreements ensuring suppliers adhere to pre-defined SOP’s• Continuously reviewed and monitored supplier performance in accordance with our KPI’s by including feedback from key stakeholders to identify areas for improvement in our current processes• Ability to drive costs down to increase profit margins • Maintained and developed key relationships with a wide range of Suppliers to ensure a world class service to our internal & external customers.• Ensured that all suppliers are compliant with the group requirements, working in partnership with the SEA team and ensuring all documentation (A01’s, NDA’s & welcome packs) are logged through the FFC Platform• Utilized benchmarking and tendering to ensure that the most competitive prices are attained • Creation of seasonal/monthly/weekly forecasts to Suppliers to ensure that capacity is fully employed, identifying any peaks ahead of time and minimizing a “just in time” way of working• Showcased new innovations and opportunities to the wider business by incorporating new additions, introduced the latest technology in embellishment such as digital watermarked transfers
