-Led 'capture trips' in countries in advance of or at the onset of new business opportunities. -Managed the process of developing and implementing a strategic plan for increasing visibility of Pathfinder programming in West and Sub-Saharan Africa.-Led the development of timely and competitive proposals as sub and prime. Received full funding from the US State Department's Bureau for Population, Refugees and Migration for a Gender Based Violence Program, and USAID for a Healthy Youth in the North Caucasus Project.Interviewed beneficiaries and wrote communications pieces for IMC newsletters and website, as well as a special youth edition of National Geographic. Coordinated with international and national NGOs to maximize efforts and avoid duplication.Ensured close coordination with relevant Russian government institutions and Ministries.
