As a previous Registered Manager with extensive knowledge of CQC regulations and legislation within Health & Social Care, Medication Level 5 trained and a safeguarding lead, I have gained a significant amount of experience. I believe strongly in promoting individuality and through working with our clients. I ensure the care planning process is positive and that the customer is always at the centre of any decision made around their needs and encourage involvement from their loved ones.I have confidence that A&B core values are the foundation for creating a successful environment for our clients and our care staff. I always strive for excellence and have a passion to ensure the delivery of care and support is to a high standard and that everyone should be treat with dignity and respect. Establishing and managing a Dementia Unit for several years I have a particular passion for Dementia Care. Through hard work, passion, and commitment I have set up A&B Home Care and this quickly grew into a reputable and successful company. I love that our passion shines through and is passed down to our care team. Through hard work and commitment, I have gained the respect within the industry as being caring, professional and responsive leaders in delivering high quality person-centred care.
