• Credit Control• Monitoring ageing of 170 accounts worldwide • Follow up on overdue debts• Ensure that credit limits are not exceeded outside the discretionary limit• Control of the Accounts Receivables according to the debt collection procedure• Identify high risk accounts, taking appropriate action• Resolve queries relating to non-payment of invoices• Work to strict monthly annual collections targets• Review - periodically - customers payment performance credit facilities• Ensure that delinquent accounts are placed on hold for services • Ensure that all account settings are daily reviewed maintained• Prepare and analyse ad hoc reports and balance sheets
