I undertake various repairs to council properties on behalf of Canterbury City Council for Cardo Group South in the their Response team.

I work as a multitrade operative covering Canterbury, Whitstable, & Herne Bay carrying out repairs and maintenance on Council properties on behalf of Canterbury City Council

My Role was to maintain a 70 apartment state of the art care home where I had to manage 3 staff members and maintain the building to a very high standard, I had to plan out all planned maintenance on all medical equipment making sure that all equipment was in date and up to CQC standards, I carried out all fire training on every staff member with my own developed fire training course, I managed and maintained a £10,000 a month budget along maintaining my KPI'S.I had to manage day to day reactive maintenance which I would plan around my daily planned maintenance, I also received the highest company award for saving the life of one of the elderly residents of the home.
