As a state licensed Community Association Manager I oversaw the financial and administrative management of over 100 associations and 9 employees. Some of my duties included but were not limited to the following:•The review and implementation of the regulating State Statutes, Association Recorded Documents and Associations Rules and Regulations.•The scheduling and coordination of over 200 meetings annually and 300 state required mailings.•The production of over 40 Association annual budgets and reserve plans.•Overseeing the daily operations of the office and office staff.•Supervise the production of over 100 Association monthly financial statements, the bi-monthly production of the Association’s checks, production of quarterly owner statements, deposits, automatic payment processing and the monitoring of accounts receivables, liens and foreclosures•Network Administrator•The hiring and training of new office staff.
