Facilitator, planner, problem solver, divisional conscience, comms expert and coach. • Facilitate strategy creation, for a division of over 500 outlets • Ensure those strategies are delivered (as originally intended) by our team members, to our guests• Continually identify and implement ways to improve the excellence of the operation • Plan and communicate key divisional and company-wide activity, ensuring that it lands brilliantly, engaging and mobilising all team members • Protect our frontline operations teams to maximise their guest and team facing time, enabling them to optimise commercial benefits • Inspire, empower, and upskill others to plan and communication activity effectively to the frontline• Drive closer relationships between the support teams and the operational teams.
