I have had more than 20 years’ finance management experiences of foreign company especially in famous Hotels, International Theme Park、food & beverage service, chains retail stores with strict style of work, and set up finance system to meet require of company. As a R.E. Committee member of market level, approval of new stores more than 20 / year, new shore count had been rising steadily, and the success rate was over 80%.4. Assist to set up balance score card system and KPI, tracking share service department and operation department to achieve target.5. Have strong ability in tax administration and processing, working at VAT/BT/EIT/IIT/stamp duty etc. and hold the position as coordinator of assets reorganization. 6. Keep a good relationship with bank and set up cash pooling to achieve real-time centralization deposit, the change of deposit module has improved the efficiency in operation and financial accounting and solved the problem in financial management for chain enterprise.
