Responsible for corporate leadership programmes at Group level destined for managers and talents in French and International companies of the Group. Working within the corporate university Université Groupama, at a Group HR level (32,600 employees across 50 companies, in 12 countries, 7 800 outside of France)• Responsible for the development of the Management Academy within the corporate university.• Designing and implementing leadership and management development programmes, interventions and tools.• Researching, proposing and implementing new pedagogical approaches (coaching, business games, elearning, action learning, serious games)• Programme managing key international leadership and talent development programmes in partnership with leading business schools (emlyon, Grenoble Ecole de Management).• Accompanying and coaching project teams of middle and senior managers, as part of action learning programmes, where they are working on strategic level projects.• Coordinating the Group's partnerships with LabRH eco-system and with ESSEC Chair of Change Management.• Facilitating the sharing of best practices for management development in terms of competencies, methods and techniques within the Group.• Facilitating an international network of HR Directors, and Learning & Development managers to share best practices on learning & development, performance and talent management.• Maintaining relationships with senior leaders, HR Directors and their teams, training specialists and managers across the Group, acting as internal consultant to help them develop their management training. • Designing and facilitating workshops with all levels - from Executive Directors (as part of Group strategic level seminars) to employee focus groups.• Responsible for Management Academy budget (250k euros).
