I was part of a small team responsible for the launch and ongoing development of an internal project management website across the BBC portfolio. Its key function was to standardise procedures, collate project data to assist Project Managers and Facilities Managers and ultimately to reduce B2B project costs. On this website project I maintained and updated.

I was responsible for coordinating all facilities management requirements relating to events and production/studio shows at BBC Scotland, working closely with BBC Marketing & Communications to manage large scale events and use of BBC facilities by external groups and independent production companies. This involved managing multiple service lines.
