- Daily supports for the OPIRG Brock Board of Directors, committees, and overall organizational management - strategic planning, policy & resource development, fundraising and finances, and networking- Facilitate, review, and update annual membership renewal for all OPIRG Brock members and Action Groups- Weekly collaboration with the OPIRG Brock Action Groups: Niagara Reproductive Justice, Willow Arts Community, Justice for Workers Niagara, and a range of other community partners and coalitions- Recruit, train, and coordinate volunteer teams and placement student program for current and future projects (e.g. the Niagara Free Store, Harm Reduction Resources at Brock, etc.)- Currently the staff representative on the Ontario PIRG Network Board, Board Secretary position, and am the current co-chair the Chapter Supportive Collective which develops cross-chapter resources covering range of topics affecting student and community activists across Ontario

- Collaborate with other people to create co-facilitated workshops- Work with organizations to develop specific needs-based workshops- Create and deliver workshops on the following topics: - Effective Meeting Facilitation - Strategic Campaign Mapping - Developing workshops - Challenging oppressive language and attitudes - Accessible Event Planning - Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA) - Various volunteer and organizational transition trainings

- Worked as Project Assistant, Co-coordinator, and Coordinator for the Collectively Advancing 2SLGBTQ+ Equality in Niagara+ project, funded by Women and Gender Equality Canada (WAGE)- Regular liaising with the WAGE Project Officers to completed financial tracking, semi-annual internal and funding reports. - Core team member focused on the research and publishing the OUT IN Niagara Community Strengths and Needs Assessment- Worked with a range of consulting teams and guest facilitators on different capacity building elements and community recommendations that resulted from this project- Committee management and resource development for Regional Advisory Committee and Niagara Service Providers Network- Logistical administration for project-related programming and committees, including managing travel, catering, childcare/ caregiver supports, honouraria delivery, etc.
