The team act solely for Claimants pursuing clinical negligence claims against GPs, Dentists, NHS Trusts and private doctors.I have over 12 years experience of this type of work and am a AvMA and Law Society Accredited Panel Member.I have dealt with a number of complex and high value clients who have received substantial damages as result of ongoing serious disabilities.I have recovered substantial damages for clients who have suffered amputations, delays in diagnosing both breast cancer and melanomas and a stroke following coronary surgery.Recent cases have involved instructing case managers, occupational therapists, physiotherapists, support workers to provide appropriate therapy/care for the clients in respect of ongoing care needs. I have a specialist interest in paediactric cases and am currently running a number of birth injury claims. Show less
