Develop, launch, and assess execution of business models, sales, branding and marketing strategies for downtown Cincinnati wedding and event venue Sample Space.

Created and managed company's marketing strategy, including developing a e-marketing system, organizing mass mailings, and maintaining client databases. Managed a household of seven at-risk youth and three staff, including budgeting, scheduling and problem-solving to meet Ohio’s state regulations for residential facilities; planned and executed college preparatory activities with scholars; oversaw academic progress of scholars and managed tutors; organized monthly community service projects for scholars.Accomplishments:- Created a college preparatory curriculum for the Boys Hope Girls Hope’s National Office educational directors.- Lead a team of scholars to two first place victories in reading competitions developed by the Boys Hope Girls Hope National Office.
