For the past 27 years I have worked in education, starting out as a classroom teacher and after 5 years a Deputy Head Teacher and Head Teacher. Over the years I have seen many, many changes in the Educational sector. The job that has fuelled my passion to educate and lead others has changed dramatically. I am looking for a new challenge in a new sector, something that can stimulate my drive and utilise my skills to the maximum. I believe I have strong organisational skills and a proven ability to work independently, to take initiative, to anticipate and plan and to manage and prioritise my own workload. I have the ability to meet multiple work deadlines whilst working in an extremely busy environment. I work successfully as part of a team and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills that relate to working collaboratively with staff at all levels as well as the wider community. I have a vast amount of experience in identifying and investigating sources of risk and discretion in dealing with confidential or sensitive matters.I enjoy a challenge, learning a new skill and leading a new team.Many thanks
