I have many years experience in Early Years, my career in the sector started as a Childminder, I then moved into a nursery chain and while undertaking studies to gain my FDA Early Years and BA Hons Childhood Studies, I was pleased to be successful with a Nursery Manager role. After 2 challenging but rewarding years within the manager role I decided I wanted a change so moved to the assessing side as a trainee trainer assessor, I am now a Lead Trainer managing a small team alongside teaching and assessing EYP, EYE, EYLP, ODM and also pediatric first aid. Thanks to Realise I gained my CAVA, AET Level 3 and Assesor Coach Level 4
