Working directly with the SafeWork SA Executive and collaboratively with Managers to implement strategic HR and Training priorities. I am responsible for the design and delivery of SafeWork SA's training programs and using project management methodology I deliver and oversee all SafeWork SA current and future requirements around training, recruitment and strategic organisational change programs.

As the Senior Human Resource Business Partner, I was responsible for partnering with executive and senior leaders across the Metropolitan Fire Service (MFS) to manage the workforce proactively. I strived to deliver specialised, contemporary advice and consultancy service on complex people and cultural matters. I also provided high level guidance and coaching to senior leaders in the identification, analysis and management of complex people related strategies, issues, risks, and opportunities. I prepared high-level briefings and strategic papers on complex HRM matters.

As HR Consultant at SafeWork SA, I had experienced all HR methodologies and applied both contemporary and universal HR practices toward building a high-performing workforce. I endeavoured to be innovative and creative towards the development of the framework to assist SafeWork SA in achieving strategic goals and objectives.I enjoyed interacting with all stakeholders and worked on ensuring the HR relationships flourished. I was involved with all aspects of Human Resource Management, everything related to the employer-employee relationship across all pillars of HR. My role was both operational and strategic, and required my management of time and tasks to be as efficient as possible. I applied lean thinking to establish process and system improvements. I delivered Diploma of Fitness SIS50213 on a part time basis through night courses and weekend work at our Payneham office. Being passionate about fitness, I believe its not just about healthy bodies , continuously challenging our minds and our souls are must for optimum health. For me, working for AIPT was not work, it was getting an opportunity to share the love.

My role in College Management incorporated recruitment, inducting, and mentoring employees and Students. Compliant facilitation of every workshop was required and I did this by ensuring lesson plans were following Training Package rules. Managing performance and providing formal and informal feedback was a key aspect of my role. Management through HRIS with Facilitators and ensuring management of compliance was adhered to within ASQA standards. Regular team meetings, memos, report writing, procurement, and resource management also took precedent. I also Facilitated Training. Classroom-based and online training for students who were looking at obtaining their Diploma of Management and Leadership. I set realistic scenarios and case studies and always maintain a highly professional classroom to ensure the students are learning best practices.My own professional objectives were to ensure my students were employable as Managers and leaders.

In this role, I complimented facilitating to ensure my training skills were practiced and supported with current employment competency. I also offered quality personal fitness mentoring and administrating. Working with individuals to achieve their goals and aspirations, with the emphasis on weight bearing exercises and nutrition.

I was a qualified Training Coordinator, employed by Ascent Training Group and worked in all aspects of the operations within the RTO. Creating lesson plans in accordance with Training Packages, assessing work and tutoring students. I was a member of Women in Business and attend on a monthly basis the networks professional development group and also represented Ascent Training Group in the monthly RTO Regional Network meetings.
