I have had the privilege at working at some amazing agencies and have extensive experience in CRM across various industries. At Ogilvy I worked on the BT account for four years, learning a huge amount about data segmentation and journey mapping. At Publicis, almost four years, I enjoyed a change to technology working on consumer and B2B; as well as healthcare and finally Financial Services on Egg and Citibank. Across these accounts I was able to dip my toes in above the line too although my focus has been x-channel on CRM.I left to go on maternity leave but then took a career break to raise three children.Am now back and at TMW on the BMW account and enjoying the automotive industry. Lots of challenges ahead.
