I am always looking to advance in my career. I specialise in understanding the individual and reaching their needs as well as supporting staff to ensure they do the same. I have 25 years experience working with children with SEN and high level social, emotional and behaviour needs. I am part of the Senior Leadership Team with responsibility for every aspect of pastoral care as well as the teaching and learning of vulnerable and SEN children. I am the Designated Safeguarding Lead, Designated Teacher for Looked After Children and more recently have added Mental Health Lead to the many hats that come under my Inclusion Leader role. Having worked in both the private and maintained sector and with many external agencies, I can bring a wealth of knowledge and experience to my role. I aim to reach as many children and their families as I can and would therefore be interested in advisory roles that can enable me to share my expertise with more teachers.
