- A subject matter expert for the LMS and 3rd party applications constraints, capabilities, and upcoming version enhancements.- Consults on technical design and implementation to translate customer needs into clearly defined system requirements, including the learning assignment/audience definition and creation utilizing company HR data attributes.- Apply adult learning methodologies as they apply to managing training content within the LMS.- Partner with T&D and 3rd party vendors to implement the most innovative integrated solution delivering.- Maximize the LMS enabled technology by enhancing the learner experience pre, post, course/program launch and ongoing thereafter.- Improve user satisfaction by optimizing the LMS technology.- Analyze and understand key metrics and translate them into growth opportunities.- Create project proposals estimates that are accurate to be able to execute scope changes.- Lead LMS build projects and partner with stakeholders to define and execute solutions.- Regularly assumes leadership role on promoting quality learning concepts with Compass, coaching, and training new team members in related LMS processes and standards.- Proactively locate and correct potential problems and/or implement improvements in partnership with internal technology departments and LMS Partner.- Supports over 120K+ end users and a 300+ users LMS Facilitator community through use of internal ticketing system.- Creates and maintains LMS quick reference guides.- Partner with LMS Partner through yearly system upgrades.- Engages with HRIS, and cross-functional HR/Subject Matter Expert (SME) teams to ensure integration between learning technology and company infrastructure.- Converted company’s premier 6 session leadership course to a blended learning version- Liaison for Johnson and Wales University Covenant Agreement. Managed 15 position occupational analysis using the DACUM (Developing a Curriculum) Process.
