• Saved hundreds of thousands in lost margin by designing and building an automated report in Tableau which identified the location and cause of negative margin for immediate blocking of negative margin traffic.
• Modeled new Off-Peak product and its financial potential using actual capacity, volumes, cost and margin to increase profitable traffic when the network was slow and lowering the per-minute fixed cost on the network.

Automate the least cost routing rate and pricing calculations for the top four products. Reduce the turn around time for these two rate updates from quarterly to monthly. The automation resulted in a direct reduction/reallocation of departmental head count. In addition, upstream source data and logic was corrected or enhanced allowing all processes.
