CurrentResponsible for the total store operations of both locations. This entails:A.) Review of all operating statements relative to the stores profitability.B.) Monitor all purchasing by department to reflect accurate turns of inventory according to sales.C.) Constant assessments of retail pricing to ensure competitiveness in the market and profitability.D.) Watch over scheduling and labor reports to productively schedule store coverage and make recommendations for increased productivity using different techniques.E.) Meet with Finance Manager weekly to review cash flow projections, payables and expenditures.F.) Review with HR Generalist all forthcoming trainings and identify any necessary trainings relative to safety, communication and customer service.G.) With HR Generalist, review all job descriptions, training checklist, department manuals, review forms and employee handbooks for updating. H.) Meet with both the Finance Manager and HR Generalist to review and discuss all benefits packages and insurance coverage.I.) Identify current staff within the company for career tracking opportunities.J.) Review market area for potential areas to expand into new locations.K.) Assess all service contracts and put out for bids on a timely basis.
