For the last 2 and a 1/2 years I have been working in the EFL environment. My job is to recruit teachers for the UK and China. I am skilled in Safer Recruitment, interviewing, shortlisting and hiring. Also, alongside this I complete payroll, criminal checks including Children's Barred List and DBS checks and HR related matters for EFL. In the past I am someone with over 15 years experience in Sales and Customer Service. Alongside 10 years Management experience. I have focused mainly on Retail but spent 2 years based as an Account Management for a Fuel company.
