The Residency In Social Enterprise Fellowship is an 11-month professional development program for recent college graduates aspiring to be leaders in the social sector. Fellows serve at a host site and are responsible for a specific capacity-building project for the host organization. In addition, New Sector Alliance provides 15 hours of workshops and trainings each month for Fellows to acquire new skills and insight into the social sector.
