I have worked in Human Services for more than 35 years. I have worked Alzheimer’s individuals for approximately 5 years, physical and developmental disable adolescents for 4 years.With Seven Hills I supported individuals with serious medical conditions for approximately 10 years. I have supported people in different behavioral situations.I was in a roll as a medical staff managing the medical appointments, working with medications, and making sure all medical follow ups were completed. I started as Direct Care staff which started my journey through Seven Hills. I have worked as Direct Support, an Assistant Residence Director, an Residence Director, Area Director in both the Northeast and Central regions in Community Services, then was promoted to the Area Director of NeuroCare working with people who have a brain injury. In January 2022 I joined the clinical team as a Rehab Specialist. In the Northeast Region I was also Human Rights Coordinator and acting Chairperson for the committee doing meeting scheduling, writing up the meeting minutes, and conducting the meetings.During that time I also was responsible to open new homes and get them ready for individuals to move in. I interviewed and hired new staff for the homes and conducted all program trainings, and was part of the referral process. In March it will be 24 years with Seven HillsFoundation!
