• Plan, organize and delegate work assignments to the set-up technician, material handler, and operators in accordance with schedules provided• Responsibility for the accuracy of the employee time card to be calculated at the end of the workweek and submit to payroll• Coordinate and delegation of assigned task to zone lead supervisors• Respond to and resolve all employee requests in a positive and timely manner within the guidelines of the company policies and procedures• Maintain conformance with work rules and regulations, issue warnings for violations and administer approved disciplinary measures when necessary• Keep the work environment clean for possible customer tours
