I have over 20yrs experience in the early years sector first as a Nursery Nurse, progressing to Nursery Manager and then moving into the work place apprenticeships sector 15yrs ago. I have been delivering work place apprenticeships for Lifetime Training for over 10 years and in September 2022 moved into the Quality Improvement Coach role. This role enables me to share the knowledge and skills I have gained over the years, whilst driving quality into the heart of everything we do. The QIC role involves me supporting learner coaches to drive their own quality whilst supporting them to develop personally within their role.
