Key responsibilities: Creation & maintenance of pricing agreements within defined SLAs to ensure accurate pricing data is available on the system in a timely manner.Managing the Financial Claims team(9)Maintaining internal raw data, ensuring margins are reported correctly. Validate negative margins, provide daily/weekly/monthly revenue & margin reports to business.Commercial reporting & Analysis. Maintain Vendor sell out reporting (EDI, Zyme, Context)Manage Vendor rebate claims, maximising cash flow, ensuring claims are submitted within defined timeframes to vendors. (£30m pm)Claim reconciliation, investigation & resolution of losses within defined SLAs.Analysis of pricing errors & corrections.Expiring agreement management.Management of open claims & aging claims, working closely with Vendors to close.Business partnering with vendors, weekly/monthly/quarterly reviews.Supporting vendors to automate claims, improve processes & efficiency.Customer rebates, upfront vendor pricing support analysis.Training of collleagues within FC team, Sales, Business Managers, ensuring documentation is kept up to date.Building strong relationships with stakeholders in Sales, Commercial, Finance, Product to ensure communications and relationship between departments are effective.Work to daily/weekly/monthly KPIs.Project work to improve processes to increase efficiency across business, working closely with Commercial Operations to stratigically plan & deliver positive change & improved productivity.Audit compliance internally & vendor partners.Business partnering, presenting to key stake holders.
