Agile HSSE&C Advisor (Continuous Improvement focus area)•Member of the Castrol HSSE&C Agile flow to work pool•Provides expertise to ensure that HSSE&C risks within the Castrol Business are identified, assessed and effectively managed.•Provides HSSE&C support, to allow PUs to effectively meet regulatory, legislative and BP requirements•Pivots and adapts based on priorities and work allocation to meet the highest value needs of the business•Using Agile techniques where appropriate, supports the Castrol organisation in delivering specific programmes to drive HSSE&C performance and Continuous Improvement•Using Agile techniques where appropriate, Defines and Implements corrective action when HSSE&C performance and/or OMS conformance is not at desired levels•Supports the Implementation of the HSSE&C plan to ensure delivery of the Global Castrol HSSE&C strategy and ensuring BP requirements are met.•Supports the relevant leaders to ensure relevant HSSE&C employee and stakeholder communications and awareness programs is developed and delivered•Proactively influences and directs the key leaders to ensure compliance with all applicable HSSE&C legislation.
