Checking and reconciling purchase invoices to purchase orders on Access Accounts package.Processing purchase invoices on the Access Accounts package.Advising suppliers when applicable of invoice queries.Checking and reconciling supplier statements to purchase ledger accounts.Process sales invoices and update costing system.Keep imprest petty cash with all analysis and receipts and post the petty cash journal.Post weekly payroll journals.Check weekly timesheets to ensure all hours are entered correctly on to the Access payroll system and in the Access costing system.Prepare spreadsheet summaries of hours paid, weekly and monthly totals for PAYE purposes.Process weekly payroll on Access system and update BACS weekly.Set up new employees on Access payroll and links to Access Job Costing.Keep accurate holiday and absence records for all employees.File payroll documentation and the upkeep of personnel files.Prepare monthly PAYE summaries to form basis of monthly PAYE payments.Prepare contracts of employment for new starts.Set up all new starts on ClockRite clocking in system and export reports daily.
