Assistant Manager To fully deputise for the Store Manager in her absence to support and assist in the creation of a sales culture in store creating, motivating and inspiring a strong team. Ensuring every customer receives ACE customer service, to be consistently compliance with company instructions, policies and processes. Also as part of my role I am responsible for Key holding, cash handling, health and safety, legal, audit and security requirements are met, managing deliveries, organizing staff rotas, control of payroll and stores own budget, handling customer quires and complaints as well as target setting and interpreting business data along with delivering training and team coaching.
