I am a creative, innovative event planner with a solid portfolio of event planning, orchestrating and delivering many size scaled events- small meetings of executives to group events of more than 200 clients and colleagues. I work directly for the CEO and President. I have expertise in driving flawless execution of events including private corporate events, annual meetings, employee activities/events and The Paris Air Show (the largest globally represented commercial aerospace and defense manufacturers, contractors and suppliers). I plan multi-day events for customers and plan all of the details and troubleshoot as each event unfolds. I arrange air transportation (which includes charters), ground transportation, hotel accommodations, dinner venues, entertainment, and arrange a variety of activities for guests. I negotiate all contracts with hotels, venue locations and meeting space.In addition to event planning, I have executed a complete renovation/build out for our corporate offices. It included hiring and managing contractors, a design team, carpet, flooring, artwork, signage and the coordination of moving all employees and getting their work areas set up efficiently to provide a comfortable and efficient work space.I have multi-levels of internal management, key customer relationships which include Board of Directors and Executive Management.Since joining Kaiser in 2006 I have had the opportunity to manage several major projects and have proven myself to be able to manage, execute and facilitate any project/event with little or no supervision.
