The automotive industry is changing in front of us as we walk through each day. Yes, we are here to repair vehicles but above and beyond we are here for the trust of the customer and to maintain relationship we have built each customer. From the initial phone call, to the walk in, to delivery of work completed and out in public when crossing paths. When I was first given an opportunity to make a career in this field, it was instilled in me to answer that phone with in two rings, this is the bread and butter of your day, I find this is true and have seen it over my years of being in the automotive industry.
