From 1960 to 1974 I worked on construction of the Locks, Dams, and Powerhouses on the development of the Arkansas River Navigation System as Mechanical Entineer.From 1974 to 1986 I was Chief Maintenance Section of the Navagation and Maintenance Branch of the Construction Division. Primary responsibilities were the maintenance of Locks, Dams, and Powerhouses on the Arkansas River, White River, Little Red River, Black River and Fourche La Fave River in the Little Rock District. The remaining four years were the position listed above.
