I intake new clients assessing their skills, abilities and barriers to employment and create employment pathway plans to address their issues and help them attain their goals. I develop client resumes and assist with writing cover letters and selection criteria applications. I provide interview coaching skills and facilitate job clubs. I counsel clients individually to assist them in maintaining their mental well being and assist them in reaching their personal and employment goals. I reverse market clients and provide presentations to perspective employers and other agencies like schools and welfare agencies.

I worked primarily with troubled children in group houses that were considered to have behavioural issues that had multiple foster parent breakdowns. I provided support and interventions to young people and assisted them in improving their life skills, social skills and emotional stability.

I primarily worked with young people that no longer attended education and we're experiencing issues with the law, family breakdown and or homelessness.
