Lead Pastor of a new church start. Leading staff and volunteers in creating a church that echo's Christ in a relevant and attractive way to the community.

As the Lead Pastor of a parachute drop new church start I collected / trained a team and together we created a mission minded church that was very attractive to people who were unfamiliar to church. I was able to cast a vision and lead The Park congregation in many different stages of life. While the pastor of The Park I had a blast leading people as they connected with Christ and built life changing relationships! I also did a bit of preaching, worship planning, worked on church finances, as well as helped our congregation through a small building project...among a million other things!!

At Epiphany UMC I learned from the founding pastor while fullfilling Associate Pastor duties of congregational care, leading small groups, building ministry teams as well as some preaching.
