My career has been built upon my love of children and trying to give them the best opportunities possible to learn and grow in a safe environment. This is why I’ve spent the past 20 years working in executive-level and mentorship roles for accredited early childhood education programs. In these positions, I’ve had the joy of working with teachers, parents, and children to create an interwoven net of support that assists children of different learning capabilities and backgrounds in their academic development. I’ve been able to foster ongoing and measurable success at each center and school I have worked on, primarily because I am deeply engaged in the daily processes that are undertaken. I listen to the needs of parents, the needs of teachers, and the needs of students to develop curriculum frameworks that emphasize positive growth through engagement and interaction. On the administrative side, I am highly comfortable tracking the performance of both teachers and students, adjusting processes as needed to minimize any gaps in learning comprehension. I also know how to properly allocate budgets so that students are provided with the tools and resources they need to thrive. After gaining a wealth of progressive experience successfully leading teams and managing daily operations to ensure top quality of staffing, budget planning, marketing, and event coordination initiatives at thriving centers across the West Coast, I am confident in my abilities for directing large-scale operational processes just about anywhere. Not only have I launched innovative programs that have expanded visibility and raised enrollment levels, but I have been able to pass these concepts to board members, managers, staff, and dedicated parents so performance can improve throughout the company as a whole.
