I have significant experience of working directly with children, young people, and families over the last eight years within a variety of different settings. During this time, I have built relationships/communications and connected with a wide range of different agencies and services within Norfolk and learnt to work collaboratively with other services. Along with my transferrable skills, I have extensive knowledge of local services to signpost children, young people, and families towards more tailored support for their needs. I have been described as open, honest, reliable, pro-active, focused and very organised. When presented with a task I use my own imagination to develop, share and gain agreement for new ideas that often really move things on for the children and families. I’ am able to act as an advocate for young people to ensure their voice is shared in their network. I am pro-active in seeking opportunities to learn, to observe and shadow others as well as accessing training. I am committed to making a difference in the lives of young people. I am reliable, have good personal relationship and communication skills as well as high professional standards.
