1. Draw P&ID according to matrix of customer. 2. Design gas room, design GC/R, VMB etc. There are inert gas room, corrosive gas room, flammable/toxic gas room, toxic gas room. 3. Design main and sub-main size, take off size and quantity, piping line direction according to gas flow rant and layout of equipment. 4. Select maker, part number of material, calculate the BOM (bill of material). 5.
