I am responsible for assisting in the continued development of outcome focused partnership working between Cannock Chase Council and partner organisations.I support the development of Partnership working for the Council and other partners, assist in the management and delivery of projects / plans contained within the Community Strategy and Community Safety Partnership Plan.I work with partners, such as the County Council, Staffordshire Police and South Staffordshire Primary Care Trust, to improve the Local Strategic Partnership (LSP) and Community Safety Partnerships (CSP) performance and support and manage the delivery of a number of key partnership projects. I support the LSP Manager, acting as advisers to the Directors’ Management Team, on Partnership issues, inputting into Committee and other Member, Officer or Partners forums, as required.I assist in the development, implementation and management of partnership delivery plans and Problem Profiles. I work with partners to identify opportunities for improved partnership intelligence-sharing within the District in line with the objectives of the LSP and CSP.Continually improve and develop existing partnership work and arrangements and suggest modifications and improvements as appropriate to meet changing needs and demands.I assist in the comparison of actual achievements against the Community Strategy, the CSP Plan, and partnership delivery plans indicators, targets and expectations and compile reports to the LSP and Responsible Authorities on the implications and consequences.I run and manage initiatives / projects / meetings on behalf of the Council and its partners which deliver against partnership priorities. I have been central to the development of the Partnership Hub meetings; my work on the Terms of Reference has been identified as good practice on a County wide basis.
