• Work closely with Engineering Product Managers and Operation Program manager during NPI stage to track project engineer builds and ramp schedule• Coordinate and drive the cross-functional team support as needed to ensure the project successfully ramp on time• Drive readiness and execution with Tier 1 and even Tier 2 suppliers to ensure the ramp up plan and support in place• Work with commodity management team to track material clear to build status and solve material shortage escalations from OEM• Work with engineering and the supply chain team to meet program cost targets at a product level for my own projects. • Host weekly reviews with planning team for available to ship, and deep dive through every aspect of our product status.• Drive related team including Quality, Manufacturing engineer to close all open issue to support planning demand.• Create new operation process for some new product or new supplier including logistic tracking, control log upload process. • Work with demand team and GCM for different scenario and liability analysis when product closing E&O.• Manage pack out supplier, including cost review, pack out process set up for new product, driving new product launch to meet Amazon requested date.

- Evaluate and Qualify new preferred supplier, work with supplier for quotation for some new parts.-Work with Commodity Manager, Engineering to develop new product, lead formal review and regularly supplier visit to maintain the development schedule. Also ramp up after finish qualification.-Support on supplier capacity review and Emerson increase request to meet delivery request.-Continue quality and process improvement with incumbent suppliers. -Transfer mass production parts to other suppliers for cost saving, make sure stable supply to Emerson.-Responsible for feedback to plant for supplier quality, capacity, process change, shut down
